Welcome to The Lash Lounge Coppell – S. Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Rds.!
Your service begins the moment you walk through the doors at our salon. While you check in and get settled in a comfy lobby chair, your stylist will prep and sanitize your service area.
The Lash Consultation Time
Before we get to lashing, we’ll complete a one-on-one consultation. During your consultation, we’ll briefly discuss your health history to make sure lashing is safe for you. Next, your stylist will walk you through all your lash options and make recommendations!
Kick Back and Lash!
Once you’ve settled on your lash look, it’s time to lie back for lashing. We’ll begin by bathing your lashes, cleansing the eye area and prepping your face with cooling under-eye pads.
You’ll sink into your luxury lash bed, resting your legs on a comfy bolster as your stylist works. Our guests often feel so relaxed that they fall right into the coveted lash nap!
The Moment You’ve Been Waiting For
It’s time for the big reveal! Just 2–3 hours later (depending on your lash look), your lashes will be complete. Before viewing your lashes for the first time, your stylist will gently remove the cooling under-eye pads and comb through your lashes. Then, the mirror moment: Admire your beautiful, new lashes!
Retail Tour
Now that you love your look, it’s time to learn about maintaining your lashes. Your stylist will walk you to our retail wall and recommend products best suited to your lash look. Our proprietary lash products are designed to help you maintain your full, defined look. These are the absolute best products for lash health and retention.
Once you make your selections, you’ll walk to the front desk to check out and book your refill appointment.

What to Know Before Getting Lash Extensions at The Lash Lounge Coppell – S. Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Rds.
Preparing for lash extensions is simple! Take the guesswork out of your appointment prep; follow our dos and don’ts:
DO Wear Comfy Clothes
A lash extension appointment will take anywhere from 2–3 hours, so warm and comfy clothes, like an oversized sweater and yoga pants, are a perfect choice.
DON’T Drink Coffee
Skip the pre-appointment coffee. Caffeine can make it challenging to keep still—even your eyelids can be affected by caffeine! A fluttery eye makes it extremely difficult to adhere extensions to your natural lashes.
DO Bring Something to Relax
Not a napper? Pack your headphones. Your lash appointment is the perfect chance to get caught up on your favorite podcast or audiobook.
DON’T Wear Makeup
Lash appointment days should be makeup-free days. A clean face is critical to the eyelash extension application process. Please remove all eye makeup and avoid applying creams or oils on and around your eye area.
Lash extension prep is just one of the keys to achieving and maintaining your lash look. Learn about lash aftercare, and don’t forget to book consistent refills at our Coppell salon. We can’t wait to see you soon!
Frequently Asked Questions
No. We do not recommend wearing contacts during your appointment. Lash extension days (full sets and refills) are glasses days! To avoid dry eyes, we suggest removing your contact lenses pre-appointment. After your appointment, you may wear contacts as usual.
Getting your first full set of lash extensions will take between two and three hours, depending on the lash look you select and the stylist you book with. Don’t worry: Lash fills are much quicker—typically around an hour! Our team will do everything we can to keep you comfortable during your appointment.
Eye twitching is often caused by caffeine, stress or a lack of sleep. Try to come to your appointment before your daily cup of joe and make every attempt at a good night’s sleep. We’ll do our part to keep you relaxed throughout your appointment and, hopefully, you’ll even score a lash nap.
You need to get your lashes filled every two weeks to maintain the luscious lash look you love. That’s because you lose 20% of your natural lashes every two weeks. As they shed, your extensions go with them, leaving you with a spotty lash line.
