Dear Lash Family,
As of March 22, 2020, in order to do everything possible to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), the governor has passed an executive order stating that all Wake County salons, among many other businesses, must temporarily close through April 30.
While we are saddened, above all, your health and safety and that of our staff come first.
If you have an appointment, there will be no cancellation fee. Stay tuned to your email. We will keep you updated as more information becomes available and it is possible for us to reschedule.
If you are a member, we understand this temporary closure will prevent your biweekly refills and that, upon our salon reopening, you will more than likely need some extra lash love. During your first visit back, we will be prepared to give all active members a brand new set with the redemption of two refills, plus an extra 30 spot to make sure your lashes are back to their fullness.
We are ultimately a business that exists to remind you of the beauty you each possess and to empower you to take that confidence with you. As a priority, we will keep you informed regarding reopening, appointments and special considerations.
As a locally-owned small business, we are equally as proud of providing you with excellent service as we are creating a great place for our treasured stylists to work. We know they are like family to you, too, so rest assured we are doing everything in our power to support them through this difficult time.
On behalf of The Lash Lounge team, please stay safe, stay informed, follow the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and, as much as possible, look forward to when we can again lash together.
We appreciate your patience as we navigate an unforeseen time.
Be well,
Greg & Sara Pittenger,
The Lash Lounge Raleigh-ITB Salon Owners
