The Manager Hall of Fame was established in 2022 to honor our top Lash Lounge managers.
Awarded managers are nominated by franchise owners. To be eligible for the Manager of the Year award, managers must have been with The Lash Lounge for one year and:
- Exhibit courage and tenacity as a leader
- Exemplify professionalism and commitment
- Contribute to results and retention of salon success
Recognizing Top Salon Managers
Hall of Fame managers are honored at The Lash Lounge’s annual convention. Each awarded salon manager receives a beautiful crystal award and a cash prize.
