DEAR LASH LOUNGE FAMILY,

At The Lash Lounge, we have always treasured the relationships we create with our guests and teammates. Indeed, these very relationships are central to our mission—where our guests sink into the sanctuary of our salons and stylists pour their pride and expertise into their art. The beauty that emerges is beyond lashes; it’s of community and friendship.

During this time of important and necessary separation, we are most reminded of these relationships—the sincere connections, the laughter and the anticipation of a member’s return so she can finish the story she started during her last refill. Yes, we miss our craft, but most of all we simply miss you.

To our members: You are the lifeblood of our salons. We do this for you. Stay tuned to your local salon for information regarding reopening, rebooking and priority appointment scheduling, among many other members-only perks as we emerge from this pandemic. We truly value and appreciate you by our sides.

As we look forward to reopening our salons, we want to remind all of our valued guests of the strict safety, training and certification requirements that set The Lash Lounge apart. We take great pride in our uncompromising standards and are committed to continuing to raise the bar in the industry. We are currently developing enhanced standards that include elevated attention to deep cleaning and sanitizing as our salons prepare for reopening.

At The Lash Lounge, we believe in beautiful. While we may be temporarily unable to see it in the eyes of our beloved guests, we are watching it bloom from coast to coast in beautiful acts of everyday kindness. We may be joined by a love of lashes, but we are united most by our human connections.
