Kerry Washington

The Scandal actor brought va-va-volume to the red carpet with soft, brushed-out curls, courtesy of hairstylist Takisha Sturdivant-Drew. While Washington’s hair was still wet, the hairstylist diffused it (using the GHD Air Diffuser) to add volume and a whole lot of texture. Once dry, Sturdivant-Drew used the Tangle Teezer to loosen up curls — and then teased the roots to the, ahem, heavens. (via allure.com)
